“Peace On Earth”

This is pre-dawn at my place. This is what I wake up to before my early morning workout and meditation.

So peaceful, hmm?

So tranquil, hmm?

So calm, hmm?

Try this:

Close your eyes.

Take a slow, deep breath, to a count of ten.

Hold it to a count of ten.

And then breathe it out, through your nose, slowly, to that same count of ten.

I promise, you’ll get the same feeling that I get!

Do this three times upon waking up each morning and before you go to bed each night.

Do you feel the love? The peace?
